The Gaslamp Museum’s History Talks! lecture series continues on February 7, 2018 with a look at how Federal Tax incentives for historic preservation helped to kick-start the redevelopment efforts of the Gaslamp Quarter. Marie Burke Lia, Land Use Attorney, will give a first person account of how tax incentives helped to shape and preserve the Gaslamp Quarter into what it is today!
