Bio: Tim Trevaskis is a professional lifestyle and event photographer and San Diego Emmy nominated videographer. His work can be found on a variety of small business media around the United States, the Downtown San Diego Newspaper, and Southern California based lifestyle media channels. He has worked on fast paced red carpets event such as Sundance Film Festival and San Diego Comic Con and especially enjoys capturing special moments for families as well. His most recent videography work “The Four Boys” is a feature length documentary in collaboration with the North Haven Historical Society.

Sunset Cliffs Park meanders along a mile and a half of San Diego’s coastline, beckoning tourists and locals alike. These stunning cliffs inspired Albert Spalding, sportsman and visionary, to create a park in 1915 for all to enjoy. Many have left their mark in the century since, including the mighty Pacific Ocean. Touted by many as, “the most haunted house in the Gaslamp Quarter,” the Davis-Horton House has become a highly popular place for investigating paranormal activities! Many souls have passed in and out of the oldest standing edifice in downtown San Diego, and some believe these souls never left. In its 173 year history, the house has been used as a boarding house, private residence, military barracks, county hospital, and even has some Prohibition and espionage history! Join us on a Candlelight tour and hear stories of past residents and present visits from the beyond!
